Qualification objectives:
The students are able to classify the basic concepts and principles of business start-up and start-up management, explain and apply them to different start-up scenarios. The course enables the students to think entrepreneurially and develop creative solutions to start-up-related questions and challenges.
Content:
Overview and introduction to entrepreneurship; the entrepreneurial process and phases of founding; entrepreneurial opportunities; business models and strategy development; development of business plans; characteristics of entrepreneurs; deployment of entrepreneurial teams; grwoth strategies; Corporate Entrepreneurship
