Learning objectives:
Students build on their knowledge from the bachelor's program on how to conduct scientific research and deepen it based on current issues in management research with a thematic focus on digital transformation and digital technologies. Students develop a deep understanding of the research process and theory building, and learn different methods of conducting management research. The course enables the students to analyze and understand scientific articles and to develop their own research ideas in the field of management.
Content:
In-depth study of the scientific research process and profound engagement with current management research by reading scientific articles. Analysis and evaluation of scientific articles and detailed examination of their main components (introduction, theory development, methods, results and discussion).
